Getting started

From a new lamp to controlling it from your phone:

1. Switch the lamp on - see Lamp models for how.
2. Learn your lamp's name, which is how you will recognise it everywhere.
3. A stripe, crystal, cube or panel: tell it what kind of light it is.
4. Connect it to your Wi-Fi - or keep it on its own network.
5. Open the lamp's page to control it.
