Something not working, or an idea for a feature? Open Support, start a New ticket, choose what it is about - Bug, Feature, Support or Other - and describe it. You get the answer in the same ticket, and a badge on Support tells you when there is a new reply.

You can edit a message of yours until it has been read.
A reply to a closed ticket opens it again.
Closed tickets can be removed from your list.
